Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your pickleball gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Some items cannot be returned, including used or worn products, opened consumables (such as pickleball balls), gift cards, and final-sale items.
How to start a return
Email us at restlea8@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at restlea8@gmail.com with photos so we can make it right with a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order.
